The main whitening ingredient we use is called Phthalimidoperoxycaproic Acid, better known as "PAP". It is an active whitening agent, which has been proven to effectively whiten teeth in depth, without causing any damage to the external or internal structure of the tooth, and most importantly, without leaving any post-treatment tooth sensitivity.

No, unfortunately our product only works on natural teeth.

Our shipping times vary depending on the location. Usually in Italy, it takes 1 to 3 days, excluding Venice where we do not ship and for Islands from 2 to 5 days.

Shipping times for Europe are 2 to 4 working days, excluding public holidays.

To ensure optimal preservation and integrity of the product, we prefer not to make returns. Refunds will be made only in cases where the product is lost or the same, damaged inside and rendered unusable.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unopened and unused and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Upon receipt of the goods, the customer must immediately report any anomaly in the package to the courier. The refund of the total amount spent is expected within 14 working days, on the same payment method, with which the order was placed.
